About us?
AVALEX is formed by the collaboration of the lawyers of the Malaga Bar Association, María Victoria Sánchez García, member number 7544 of Malaga, and María Ángeles Martín Conejo, member number 6444.
We met doing our internship in 2003, and although each of us works independently and assists our own clients, in order to practice law in the best possible way we decided to share office and expenses, and help each other as colleagues and as professionals.
Each one of us has specialized in different areas of law, but since the world of law is constantly intertwined, we unite our knowledge when necessary in order to offer the best service to each of our clients.
In the same way, we both have the certainty that, in an emergency, we can count on the other to continue providing the best service, so we can both offer our clients the peace of mind that if one could not assist you at some point (such as, for example, due to medical leave) your partner would be happy to continue with the file while the other lawyer joins. In this way we ensure that the customer will always be perfectly cared for.
Our professional objective is to help clients in the legal matters that arise in their lives, trying to make them simple, take away their worries, and always have them perfectly informed of everything. It is not only important to do our work correctly, but also for the client to know that we are by his side at all times.
We also work with other professionals from all branches that our clients may require (architects, experts, economists, technicians, topographers, doctors, real estate agents, administrators...) to always provide the best assistance. But naturally it is an independent collaboration to us, and it is only offered in case the client needs it, you will always receive a budget without commitment, and it will be the client who always decides to accept or not.

María Victoria Sánchez García
After various jobs and trying to access the public service, I discover that what really excites me is the practice of law. I have been working for more than 10 years in a row only as a lawyer and I know that I have not been wrong.
I am specialized above all in civil law, that is, in the law of individuals, contracts, family, inheritance. But also my work has an international vocation with the assistance of many clients from other countries who decided to either live or buy a property in Spain, and also Administrative Law to help my clients in their relations with Spanish public administrations.
I am also proud to be able to say that I am part of the ex officio shift, in civil, family, gender violence, administrative law and banking law issues to be able to help those with more economic problems.

María Ángeles Martín Conejo
Lawyer collegiate 6444 of the Illustrious Bar Association of Malaga, with almost 20 years of professional practice as a lawyer, since I finished my university studies at the Faculty of Law of the University of Malaga.
I also work as a court-appointed lawyer in civil, criminal, gender-based violence, penitentiary, assistance to detainees, administrative, because I want to contribute so that my work can also help those in a worse economic situation.
My main objective is to try to defend the interests of clients in the best possible way, and keep them informed at all times of any developments that may affect their file. I believe that it is important to give personalized treatment, listen to your concerns, inform you of all relevant aspects and my highest purpose is to find the best way to help you is my highest purpose.
I also work as a court-appointed lawyer in civil, criminal, gender-based violence, penitentiary, assistance to detainees, administrative, because I want to contribute so that my work can also help those in a worse economic situation.

Our office is located in Torre del Mar (Vélez-Málaga), on Calle del Mar nº: 32, 1ºB, where we will be delighted to receive you, but keep in mind that, if necessary, we would be willing to move where necessary.
Our regular business hours are from Monday to Friday, from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., and Tuesday and Thursday from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., but because a large part of our work is done outside the office (in courts, notaries, administrations...), we advise you to always make an appointment before coming to our office, because it may happen that when you come without notifying us, we are not in the office or we are gathered with other people and we cannot assist them.
